What do I need to purchase my first car?

I think I'-d need License Plates, Insurance, those plate expiry stickers, and somehow I'-d have to register it to my name... How do I do all that? And what else do I need?

== a car dealer will do most everything that needs be done == you keep saving for a nice ride and inquire about the annual cost for insurance (( you cannot drive without insurance coverage)))..........
