Im moving to flordia on March 3ed. An I need to find cheap auto insurance. Here in NJ we have a program called Dollar a day. But its only for people on Medicaid or Medicare. Does Fl have any programs?

http://www.streetdirectory.com/etoday/ca…I did google of dollar a day auto insurance and also florida and kept getting NJ. I highly doubt that any other state does this, especially FL, since so many people move there due to the climate. You need to get on the phone and talk to an agent to ask. I suggest you call an agent who works for either State Farm or Allstate as an example since these companies are licensed in the state of FL and can tell you if there is such a program there, or they can call the main office and inquire for you.good luck

The tri-state area has services that the South does not. See if Florida has a state insurance plan for low income people. You could post this in Travel>Florida also or in the Insurance category.

What's the cheapest/best insurance company?
Hmm, really depends on what you're looking for in an insurance company. If all you insure is your autos and you file a claim once every 10 years (20 for me) than maybe insurance is really a commodity and it doesn't matter where you get it.Now back in the day when there were still tele-marketers...

Helicopter Ride Medically Necessary?
Yes, the insurance could possibly auto reject such claims but in addition to writing the appeal letter I would recommend calling the company back to find out more specifically what the stated reason was for why they said that the ride from the helicopter to the hospital was not necessary.I...

Can anyone give examples of how much their auto insurance went up in New Jersey (or another state) after a DWI
In NJ a DWI is 9 insurance points & when I was there, points were about $100 per point per year. I'm sure it is more now. When your insurance company finds out (if it is a company other than progressive or assigned risk), & they will find out, they will nonrenew you (since insurance companies...

Which credit card should I apply for?
My credit score was good, but it was not high enough to buy the car without being a co-buyer with my parents Rewards cards are usually reserved for people with excellent credit. It sounds like you aren't quite there yet if you needed a co-signer. Give the car loan 12-24 months and it should...
